Rest is not a reward.
It is your
birthright.

BLACK LADY CAMP

Black Lady Camp is for brilliant, Black women to prioritize rest, joy, and freedom on their own terms.

A place of safe harbor to replenish, play, laugh, daydream, and maintain sacred space for yourself.

This is both personal and professional development for brilliant Black women.

This is sacred space.

CHERESE BRAUER

After decades of dedicated excellence, giving fully of myself to my work, and suffering severe burnout, I finally listened to my body.

After a lifetime of overriding her wisdom, she pleaded with me, "I can't do this anymore!"

I needed a break from navigating crisis, managing hardship, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, and over-functioning.

Rest is rigorous.

Rest resuscitated me.

Rest helped me find my smile again.

Rest unlocked my joy and freedom.

I truly believe that rest is a practice for self-leadership and leading others.

Sessions & Gatherings

Growth and success,
in their words…

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
